I use it as both a rolling desk and a podium for presentations, and the height adjustment makes switching between sitting and standing effortless mid-meeting. The wheels lock securely too, so it doesn't drift when I lean on it while typing.

The height adjustment is smooth enough that I can switch from sitting to standing mid-meeting without breaking focus, and the wheels lock solidly when I need it to stay put. It's become my go-to for both presenting and just getting through afternoon emails on my feet.

This thing has become the most-used piece of furniture in my office. Being able to roll it right next to my chair and raise it up when I need to stand is a game changer, and the height adjustment makes switching positions feel effortless.
