I’ve had it set at the middle tilt for a week now and my legs finally feel less restless during long meetings. The non-skid surface is doing its job too, since I tend to shift around a lot and my feet haven’t slipped off once.

The round bumps on the surface actually do help—my feet stay put and feel less numb after a few hours of typing. I’ve tried it at all three tilt angles and the lowest one is perfect for my desk height.

The tilt settings are a game changer for my long workdays, and the little bumps actually do keep my feet from sliding around. My legs feel way less restless now that I’ve got something solid to push against under the desk.
