Bolted the base to our clinic counter and it hasn't budged once, even with patients yanking the tablet around. The tilt and swivel let me angle it toward whoever's signing in, which is way handier than I expected.
The key lock on the base gives me real peace of mind at our front desk, where customers would otherwise walk off with the iPad. It swivels smoothly too, so people can angle the screen toward themselves without me having to readjust it after every use.
The key lock does its job and the base bolted down easily enough, but getting my 11" tablet to sit straight in the cradle took some fiddling. It holds fine once it's in there, just not the quick grab-and-go setup I was hoping for.
