Pull Down Fireplace TV Mount

The pull-down arm makes a huge difference over the fireplace — I can tilt and swivel the screen down to eye level from the couch instead of craning my neck. It fit my 55" set on a 400x400 VESA pattern with no extra hardware, and the motion feels solid, not flimsy.

I was skeptical about mounting a 55" TV over the fireplace, but this pull-down arm lets me lower it to eye level when we're watching and push it back up flat when we're not. The full motion range is smooth and it handled the weight without any sag.

Installed this above our brick fireplace and the pull-down arm brings the TV to eye level perfectly — no more craning my neck. The full motion range is smooth and it holds our 50" without any droop at the joints.
