Finally a spot for the scanner that doesn’t eat into my work surface—bolted it to the left side of the cart in under five minutes and it’s rock solid. The install holes lined up perfectly with the existing frame, so I didn’t have to fiddle with extra drilling.
Took about ten minutes to bolt onto the cart, and now the scanner sits exactly where I need it—no more reaching across the keyboard. The fact that it’ll fit on either side was a nice surprise, since my left hand does most of the work.
The left-side mount is perfect for my workflow—I can finally scan without twisting around the cart. Feels solidly attached so far, and the install holes lined up exactly with the MI-16040.
