The locking mechanism is genuinely tamper-proof—I tested it with a few different Allen keys and couldn’t get the tablet to budge. Got this for our hotel lobby so guests can browse the directory without walking off with the iPad. The lockable hinge is genuinely tamper-proof, and even the cable access is tucked away so nothing can be yanked loose. Set-up to the wall took ten minutes flat and it hasn’t budged since.
