The Wi-Fi transparency is the real win here — my mesh node sits inside the box and the signal didn't drop at all. Now the Fire TV stick and router are tucked in the wall instead of dangling off the mount.
Was tired of the cable spaghetti behind my TV so I grabbed this box and it swallowed the Roku, the router, and all the extra cords in one shot. The Wi-Fi signal still comes through fine, which was my main worry. Cleanest my wall has looked in years.
The One Connect box finally has a proper home instead of dangling behind the TV, and the Wi-Fi signal passes right through the cover without issue. My Roku and router both fit with room to spare, which I wasn't expecting in a recessed box.
