Finally, my Sonos One is off the bookshelf and at the perfect listening height—the heavy-duty steel feels rock solid even when I bump it with the vacuum. Those large cable holes actually worked as advertised, and I've got the wire completely hidden without any fuss.

Assembly took maybe ten minutes with the included wrench, and the steel base feels rock-solid under the speaker. The large cable holes really do hide all the messy wiring, which was my main gripe before.

Finally, my Sonos One is off the bookshelf and at ear level. The steel base feels rock solid and the 28-inch height is perfect for our living room. Setup took maybe ten minutes, and the wires are completely hidden through those large holes in the back.
