Our cluttered counter finally looks clean now that the terminal's cord disappears into the pole. The clamp took a bit of adjusting to find the sweet spot, but once set, it holds the reader rock-solid and the base feels like it's part of the counter.
Bolted it to the counter in about ten minutes and the base hasn't budged since, even when customers lean on it. The hidden cable channel inside the pole keeps everything tidy, and the adjustable clamp snapped onto my 3-inch reader without any wobble.
The clamp grips my reader so firmly I don't worry about customers knocking it over, and bolting the base down took me under five minutes. The channel hiding the cable inside the pole keeps the counter looking clean, which my staff actually commented on.
