The side clips are a lifesaver—my laptop doesn't budge even when I'm aggressively typing. Bolted it to my existing monitor mount in under five minutes, and now everything's at eye level instead of straining my neck.

Finally got my laptop off the stack of books on my desk, and the bottom lips catch the edge perfectly so it doesn't slide even when I'm typing hard.

The side clips are tight enough that I don't worry about the laptop sliding, yet easy to adjust when I swap devices. Having it bolted straight to my monitor mount freed up a ton of desk space—my posture's better too since the screen's right at eye level now.
