The locking mechanism is genuinely tamper-proof—I tested it with a few different Allen keys and couldn’t get the tablet to budge. Installation on the wall in our hotel lobby took about ten minutes, and the full-motion arm is smooth for guests to adjust. It’s held up perfectly through a busy weekend.
Used this at a trade show kiosk for three straight days and not once did anyone manage to pry a tablet loose, that lock mechanism is seriously solid. The arm holds whatever angle I set it to without drooping, even after constant readjusting by curious attendees.
